Conference rules

Papers submitted to the conference are reviewed by an official, anonymous and young reviewer. Review and questionnaire templates are provided in the conference website.

Official reviewer – a scientist who reviews the paper submitted to the conference and has a discussion with paper author during the session. The official reviewer is chosen from the scientists who do research in the same area as the author of paper being reviewed.

Anonymous reviewer – a scientist who reviews the paper submitted to the conference.

Young reviewer – a person who reviews the paper submitted to the conference. The young reviewer is set randomly from the speakers participating in the conference.

Presentation rating – during the presentation it is rated by a scientist, who is randomly chosen from the audience.

Conference language

The main conference language is English. Papers and presentations should be prepared in English.

Presentation takes 20 minutes, which include 15 minutes for a speaker, 5 minutes for the questions and discussion.

Presentations are divided into the sections. Chairmen of the sessions will be selected from young scientists participating in the conference.

Authors of the best papers will be nominated.

Conference proceedings

Papers submitted to the conference do not need to be original (not published before).

However, only original paper will be included in the conference proceedings (CD with ISSN number).

Paper abstracts will be available on the conference website in English.
